Based in Monte-Carlo (Monaco) – one of the most important international motorsport hubs in the world – and Dubai (UAE), Acceleration is an international advisory company and provides consulting services in Motorsport and Automotive activities, and can operate, manage and identify solutions also in the name and on behalf of the customer.

About Us

Founded and directed by Mauro Sipsz and Monica Bregoli, Acceleration boasts extensive experience and deep knowledge of the Motorsport and Automotive world.

Mauro Sipsz

Started his career as a founding shareholder of multiple car dealerships and later of Nordauto and N.Technology, companies involved in the global management of Fiat Group Automobiles’ sporting activities (Ferrari, Abarth, Alfa Romeo). He achieved commercial and sporting success, winning 29 championships over the years. He has also promoted FIA Championships and managed an international circuit for various motorsport events, including Formula 1, WRC, MotoGP, and others. As a driver, he won the 1990 Italian Rally Championship and the 2019 Italian Historic Rally Championship.

Monica Bregoli

Graduated in Public Relations, she was Team Manager for Alfa Romeo in the DTM and ITC championships, later leading the international motorsport programs of Nordauto and N.Technology as Director of Sporting Management, also overseeing Marketing, Communication, PR, and Promotion. As a co-driver, she won the 1990 Italian Rally Championship (gravel) in a Lancia Delta 16V Gr. N, and the 2019 Italian Historic Rally Championship in a Lancia Rally 037 Gr. B with Mauro Sipsz.
